CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Policy Deposit A deposit is required for all services. The deposit goes towards the cost of your service(s) and is expected at the time of scheduling. If, your deposit isn’t paid by midnight before your appointment, your appointment will not be honored. Cancellation Policy Cancellations/ Rescheduling Cancellations should be made no less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations made same day of your scheduled appointment is subject to a service fee of $25. Rescheduling can be made once w/same deposit. Beyond that a new deposit is required for scheduling. Late Policy Please communicate your tardiness one hour prior to your appointment time. Keep in mind, when arriving late, that your service time is what is left in your appointment slot. There is a 5min grace given. Tardiness exceeding 15mins w/o communication is considered a “No-Show”; w/prior communication, will need to be rescheduled. Any tardiness (communicated or not), 30 mins or beyond will need to reschedule/cancel & subject to a fee (fee amount varies depending on the outcome.). No-Show Policy For No-Shows, the deposit is forfeited, and you will be charged 50% of your service price. This will also prohibit you from scheduling with Eye Art Studio LLC in the future.
